How does per-seat pricing work?
The first user is included. Add more team members for $12 USD / $16 CAD per seat on Essentials, $22 USD / $29 CAD per seat on Pro. Seats adjust automatically when you add or remove someone.
What's in the free trial?
7 days of full Pro access. Work orders, lot walks, invoicing, dealership statements, tech pay tracking, QuickBooks sync, calendar sync, analytics, role-based access. No credit card to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick Essentials, Pro, or cancel. Your data stays. On Essentials, work orders and invoicing become read-only. Estimates keep working. On Pro you keep full access. You can downgrade or cancel anytime.
What's the difference between Essentials and Pro?
Essentials is estimating only. Retail and hail estimators with full customization, VIN scanning, customer management, branded estimate PDFs. Pro adds work orders, lot walks, invoicing with signatures, dealership statements, tech pay, performance reports, photo documentation, calendar sync, QuickBooks Online, analytics, role-based access, branded email templates, and Excel export.
Are there set-up or onboarding fees?
No. Sign up, customize your matrices and R&I guide, you're ready to estimate. Sensible USD and CAD defaults ship with the product so you can start immediately and tune as you go.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
What about refunds?
Use the free trial to evaluate before paying. After the trial, monthly subscriptions are charged in advance and not refunded for partial months. If something breaks on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
